Fees
Individual therapy
50 minutes — £80
75 minutes — £110
Most people choose 50 minutes, but a good number take the longer session, particularly at the beginning when there’s a lot of ground to cover. It’s also useful if you find that fifty minutes tends to end just as something is opening up. You can move between the two as the work changes.
I keep a small number of places at £50 for students. If that applies to you, mention it when you get in touch.
Couples therapy
60 minutes — £150
75 minutes — £180
90 minutes — £210
120 minutes — £270
Couples sessions run longer than individual ones because two people need time to speak and be heard. Many couples take a longer session at the start, when there’s a lot of history to get through, and settle into 60 minutes once the work is underway.
